Your taxes, handled.

A complex return can be worked through, but not without losing weekends to it and still wondering whether you got it right.

For a flat fee, I take it off your plate.

Fully remote, with meetings scheduled in Pacific Time.

(If you'd like a tax partner throughout the year, helping you understand where you stand and how to get where you're going as tax-efficiently as possible, that's available as a separate engagement.

Capacity is limited, so it depends on fit and availability.)

About me

I'm Francis Sameon, a CPA licensed in California with more than a decade of experience in public accounting and at a family office. Most of my clients are in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I built my practice.

Because I run a solo practice, I prepare and review every return myself, so the person you talk to on our first call is the person who does your work. My clients tend to have returns that don't fit tax software well and want someone who explains the why, not just the bottom line.

I'm also available for educational presentations on requested topics, subject to time, availability, and fit with my areas of expertise. For presentation requests, email info@samtaxco.com.
